- Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that incites violence;
- Create content that exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, or privacy rights of others;
- Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account;
- Perform high-volume automated scraping that violates third-party terms;
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR;
- Engage in fraud, phishing, identity theft, or impersonation;
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or content moderation systems;
- Use AI-generated content to deceive in ways that cause material harm (e.g., fake news, deepfakes targeting individuals);
- Operate businesses that are illegal in the jurisdictions in which they operate, including but not limited to certain regulated categories prohibited by our payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Slash).
2. AI-Specific Guidelines
When using AI agents and automation we build for you, you agree to:
- Implement appropriate human oversight for high-stakes decisions;
- Disclose AI use to end users where required by law or transparency norms;
- Not use AI to generate professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without appropriate human review and disclaimers;
- Respect the terms of underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) whose models may power your systems;
- Take responsibility for outputs generated by AI agents under your control.
3. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure;
- Notifying us immediately of any suspected security breach;
- Following industry-standard security practices for systems we hand off to you;
- Not attempting to probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without prior written consent.
4. Content Restrictions
Our services may not be used to host, generate, or distribute:
- Sexually explicit material, including AI-generated material;
- Hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;
- Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior;
- Content that violates the policies of payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Slash) we use;
- Content that violates the policies of any platform we deploy systems to.
5. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate your use of the services;
- Remove or disable infringing content or systems;
- Report violations to law enforcement or affected third parties;
- Cooperate with any legal or regulatory investigation.
You are responsible for any damages, costs, or fees arising from your violation of this AUP.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of our services that violates this policy, please report it to contact@thetovarshop.site. Reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially where possible.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
